What is your average response time?

On overage we’re able to respond to ticket requests in 10 minutes by leveraging our extensive remote support capability.

Can I put devices on different plans?

No, we are not able to apply different service plans to select devices. You are however able to exclude certain devices from your plan. These devices will not be monitored and any work performed will be charged at the standard rate. However, it is recommended that all business devices are covered.

How can I become eligible for the Elite plan?

As members of our Business Elite plan enjoy free IT labor, we impose strict eligibility requirements for prospective clients. This includes replacing any unreliable workstations, having a minimum of 10 managed devices and consulting with our team to see if it’s best for you.

Do you offer support without a plan?

Yes, we offer off-contract support from $200/hr for businesses.

Where are you located?

Our main office is located in Shailer Park. While the majority of our support is delivered remotely, we are available for site visits from North Brisbane to the Gold Coast with no call-out fee.

Do you support apple devices?

Yes, we support both Windows and Apple Mac devices.
